On 19 November 2018 we are launching an exciting new incentive for the Christmas season – the Royal Mail Advertising Mail Christmas Incentive.
Communicating with your customers at Christmas is a great way to show them they are appreciated and hopefully encourages them to do more business with you.
To help you with this, if you use our incentive you can send incremental Advertising Mail volume for as little as 10 pence per item.
When does the incentive launch?
Under clause 3.1 of the Voucher Redemption and Reimbursement Agreement we are permitted to launch an incentive on reasonable notice, unless we receive a reasonable objection from an Access contract holder within 5 working days of our notice, in which case we must provide 70 days’ notice.
So that customers can benefit from this short term incentive quickly, we provide you with reasonable notice to launch the incentive on 19 November 2018. The incentive will run until 28 December 2018.
If we do not receive any reasonable objection by 5pm on Friday 16 November, then the incentive will launch on 19 November 2018. If we do receive a reasonable objection then unfortunately we will be unable to launch the incentive as it is designed specifically to run during the Christmas period.
